Returning Guests, Current or Past Zoo Members: Use your email address associated with your account as the “Login ID”. If you don’t know the email address associated with your account, call (757) 441-2374, ext. 257.
If you don’t know your password or if you have never set a password, click on “Forgot password”. You may then be asked to verify your membership with the primary member’s name and zip code. The primary member is the top name listed on your membership cards. A secure link will be emailed to you.
Non-members: A new customer profile will be created for you during the reservation process after you complete your information on the billing page.
