Garden Zoodoptions

The animals at the Virginia Zoo are pretty cute, but our gardens are even more beautiful! Adopt a Zoo garden for $50 today, and show your love for the many exotic flowers, plants and trees that make the Zoo attractive to guests and animal residents alike.

With our symbolic garden adoption program, you can become a “Zoo Parent” that contributes directly toward the maintenance and growth of our Zoo gardens. With your gift, we buy plants and supplies for the Zoo’s 11 gardens, as well as provide specialized training for the horticulturists. Contributions from garden adoptions go directly to the Virginia Zoo Horticulture Fund.

Our adoption package also makes a perfect gift for any Zoo enthusiast!

By adopting all of the gardens at the Virginia Zoo, you will receive a personalized certificate, garden fact sheet, a garden photo and an invitation to the annual Zoo Parent event, which will feature a Garden Talk and Tour from a Virginia Zoo Horticulturist.

THANK YOU

For more information or questions on the Garden Zoodoption program, call 757-441-2374, ext. 257.

PLEASE NOTE: It can take up to 10 business days to send your Zoodoption package (including digital packages).  Remember, it's always better to place your order earlier to allow for any unexpected delays.
